I recently stayed at the Royaute Luxury Gulberg and had a fantastic experience. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and a special mention goes to Fawad, who was extremely helpful, professional, and always willing to assist with a smile.
All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I would also like to recognise the cleaning staff, who did an outstanding job keeping the rooms and common areas spotless. Their hard work and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
The hotel's location is another great advantage. Although it is conveniently located in Gulberg, it is set back from the main road, making it wonderfully quiet and peaceful, especially at night. This allowed for a relaxing and restful stay away from the noise and traffic.
The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and inviting. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend the Royaute Luxury Gulberg to anyone looking for excellent service, a peaceful location, and great hospitality.

Extremely Disappointing Stay! Experience – Not Recommended*!
We had one of the worst hotel experiences at *Royaute Luxury Hotel, MM Alam Road, Lahore*.
The *front desk female staff was shockingly rude* zero respect for customers ,and was trying to overcharge and scam people including us.
Her name Siab she scammed and overcharged us 6000 after finalizing the price and tried to do that again at our checkout.
She was demanding only pay in cash no card so she can scam us without hotel management knowing anything.
She was completely unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service skills. Instead of welcoming guests, her tone and attitude were dismissive and arrogant.
The *overall service was pathetic* — from slow responses to repeated requests being ignored. She is *mannerless and untrained showing zero hospitality and no sense of how to deal with paying guests.
This hotel reputation is at stake for hiring incompetent people like her.Even hiring incompetent people on front desk who shout and yell at guests.I strongly *discourage anyone from checking in to this hotel. There are far better options in Lahore with respectful service and real hospitality.
*Do yourself a favor and stay away. Your money and peace of mind deserve better

I, Danish Ahmed (Karachi), stayed at Royaute Luxury from 25 December to 2nd January 2026 and had a truly pleasant experience. The hotel was excellent, and the staff were extremely polite, professional, and always helpful. Fresh towels and toiletries, including toothbrushes and toothpaste, were provided daily, and everything was superbly maintained. The washrooms were exceptionally clean and hygienic at all times, and overall cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. The environment and overall ambience were fantastic, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend everyone to stay at Royaute Luxury.

This is a wonderful place for stay. Staff is so kind and supportive.Clean rooms. Excellent service, Cooperative staff all the time ready to facilitate. Delicious meal, quick service, nice attitude of team inspired me a lot. I will definitely recommend my friend with confidence to enjoy the experience of stay. In Lahore now this my first choice for future stay

Me and my wife stayed for 10days. Hotel was clean, calm and located best. Breakfast was nice. All the staff was was vigilant and very cooperative. Specially reception manager Sayab was quite helpful, hospitable and professional. Other reception manager were also caring and well mannered. We had a nice time there.
Hotel also needs some improvements, like hot water supply .
Overall I will recommend it to my friends and family.
